Eyona Software Development (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the RedLineClub multi-tenant car club management platform, available as a mobile application on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and as a progressive web application at drive.redlineclub.co.za (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By accessing or using RedLineClub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this policy.

Important Location Data Disclosure: During active drives and convoy events, RedLineClub collects your precise GPS location at approximately one-second intervals. This high-frequency location tracking is essential for LIVE convoy tracking, safety coordination, and incident response. Location data is only collected while you are actively participating in a drive or event and is shared in real time with other participants in the same convoy for safety purposes.

Location data collection requires your explicit permission and can be disabled at any time through your device settings or within the app. When you are not participating in an active drive or event, we do not track your location.

2.4 Voice Communication Data

RedLineClub includes push-to-talk voice communication for convoy coordination. When you use this feature, voice data is transmitted in real time to other participants in your active convoy. Voice transmissions are streamed live and are not permanently recorded or stored on our servers unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

2.5 Event and RSVP Data

We collect information about events you create, join, or respond to, including RSVP status, attendance records, and event participation history.

2.6 Club Membership Information

We store data about the car clubs you belong to, your roles within those clubs, membership history, and club-related preferences.

2.7 Incident and Emergency Reports

Safety Data: When you trigger an SOS alert, report a breakdown, accident, separation from convoy, or fuel stop, we collect incident-specific data including your location at the time of the incident, the type of incident, any notes you provide, and a timestamp. This information is shared immediately with convoy participants and club administrators to facilitate rapid assistance.

2.8 Chat and Messaging Data

Messages sent through in-app event chats are collected and stored to provide the messaging functionality. This includes text content, timestamps, and sender information.

2.9 Route and Drive History

We collect route data associated with drives and events, including planned routes and actual drive paths, for the purposes of route planning, drive history, and reporting.

2.10 Device Information and Push Notification Tokens

We collect device identifiers, operating system type and version, app version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications about events, convoy updates, and safety alerts.
